Position Summary

We are seeking a confident and dynamic Sales Executive with exceptional English communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, preferably in residential luxury projects, and a proactive approach to client engagement. This role involves cold calling, relationship building, and representing the company at exhibitions and trade shows.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to engage potential clients and promote our products.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
• Represent the company professionally at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and events.
• Deliver compelling product presentations tailored to client needs.
• Identify customer requirements and provide customized solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications and RequirementsEssential :

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Presentable, confident, and professional demeanor.
• Experience in sales, particularly in residential luxury projects.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for exhibitions and client meetings.

Preferred :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in cold calling or event representation is a plus.
