Job Description



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Oil and Gas Equipment Sales Engineer to join our team in internationals. The ideal candidate will have more than 2 years of experience in sales within the oil and gas industry, specifically focused on equipment sales. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by promoting, selling, and providing technical solutions for a wide range of oil and gas equipment to clients across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, including oil and gas operators, contractors, and service companies.
• Promote and sell a variety of oil and gas equipment such as drilling tools, pumps, valves, compressors, separators, and other related machinery.
• Prepare and deliver engaging technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
• Technical Consultation & Support:
• Provide technical expertise to clients, helping them select the most appropriate equipment based on their operational needs.
• Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
• Assist clients with product specifications, technical details, and operational guidance.
• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment, ensuring smooth operations post-sale.
• Quotation & Tender Preparation:
• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations, pricing, and tender documents in line with client requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and competitive quotes and proposals.
• Assist in the negotiation of pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals successfully.
• Market Intelligence:
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products within the oil and gas equipment sector.
• Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and innovations in the oil and gas industry.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and identify business opportunities.
• Post-Sales Support:
• Act as the point of contact for post-sales support, addressing any client issues and providing solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment, working with logistics and supply chain teams.
• Provide training and technical support to clients as needed to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of equipment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the oil and gas equipment industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of oil and gas equipment, including drilling tools, pumps, compressors, valves, and other related products.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Negotiation Skills: Experience in negotiating prices, contracts, and terms with clients.
• Customer-Centric: Strong focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Language: Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus but not required).
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of local regulations, market trends, and business practices in the UAE and Middle East oil and gas industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 per month
