Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven FMCG Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the FMCG market, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving product sales, expanding market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue by promoting and selling FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Market Penetration: Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned geographic region.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts and customers.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on product features, benefits, and promotional strategies to effectively position and sell the company's offerings.
• Territory Management: Manage and prioritize daily routes, ensuring timely visits to key accounts and consistent follow-up on all sales leads.
• Promotions & Merchandising: Ensure products are properly displayed, conduct in-store promotions, and ensure visibility in stores.
• Reporting: Track sales activities, provide regular updates on customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities. Report on sales performance, inventory levels, and order status.
• Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues related to product orders or deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Sales Representative in the FMCG or retail industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge of FMCG products, market trends, and customer behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks and manage a large territory.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to sales and problem-solving.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
