We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with retailers, distributors, and contractors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Promote and sell Cabre's electrical tapes and wires & cables, highlighting their premium quality and competitive pricing.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Provide regular feedback and reports to the management on sales performance and market insights.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in sales (preferably in electrical or industrial products).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven individual.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Knowledge of the local market and network in the electrical sector is a plus.
• Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary: ?10,000 per month.
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives
