Job Title : Sales Representative
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving the company's sales efforts by actively engaging with new and existing clients, identifying their needs, and presenting suitable products or services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
• Sales Prospecting : Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and referrals.
• Product Knowledge : Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.
• Customer Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients, providing them with excellent customer service.
• Presentations and Demonstrations : Deliver engaging presentations and product demos to clients, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Sales Negotiation : Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules, working to close sales while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Sales Goals : Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by management.
• Reporting : Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals, using CRM software.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure alignment on customer needs, product offerings, and promotions.
• Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to anticipate customer needs and refine sales strategies.
• Problem Solving : Address customer issues and concerns proactively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
