Business Development Executive Job Brief
We are looking for a motivated business development executive to join our team. A resilient
and empathetic candidate who will give their best to contribute to the company's growth is
welcome. They will be responsible for finding new clients and retaining the existing ones.
They will be required to increase staff capacity by sourcing ideal candidates. They will also need
to offer training and mentorship to the employees. A business development executive will have
to attend various networking events.
We are looking for someone who can keep a close eye on different clients' feedback. Their
responsibility will be to ensure that our products and services cross expectations. The selected
candidate must possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to handle business
operations.
Responsibilities
? Selling at all E commerce Marketplace Subscription e.g. Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho
? Acquire and manage new client relationships.
? Responsible for developing relationships with the clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals.
? Building a long-term sales strategy for customers to deliver annual sales and profitability targets
? Using networks and online research identify and qualify new sales leads.
? Follow up on any sales leads
? Use telephone, email, and internet contact to build and maintain strong connections with new and
existing partners.
? Become a product expert and be able to effectively present the company's items to current and new
customers.
? Meet sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
? Maintaining sales funnel so that the leads can be used as and when required for efficient working
? Should have knowledge of MS Excel & Power Point
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?20,000.00 per month
