We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our premium sports club. If you are passionate about fitness and have a knack for closing deals, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to warm leads and convert them into memberships.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to push membership sales.
• Proactively engage with potential clients, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about the club's offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Continuously analyze sales performance and suggest new strategies for growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a fitness or luxury service industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and stay organized.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
• Fluent in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,253.06 - ?12,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

• Performance bonus
• Quarterly bonus
