Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation: Identify and target potential clients, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our IT products and services to effectively communicate their value and benefits to clients.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in IT sales.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills:

• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
