The company wants a sales representative and for the same, the details are given below: ROLE DESCRIPTION: This is a full-time role for a Professional Sales Representative at Krishna Space Private Limited. The Sales Representative will be responsible for actively prospecting and acquiring new clients, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role involves conducting property tours, providing market analysis and pricing recommendations, and coordinating with various stakeholders including buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. This is an on-site role located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Understand received leads and client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
  • Calling the prospective clients and schedule meetings and site visit with detail orientation.
  • Search properties and prepare the database from various sources through groundwork.
  • Meet new clients / companies.
  • Keep a track of meetings with clients, remind them of documents needed and take regular follow ups.
  • Development of effective sales strategies and set the monthly sales targets.
  • Preparing and presenting detailed and accurate sales reports.
SKILLS/ PROFICIENCY REQUIRED:
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the commercial real estate market.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Candidates must have the advanced knowledge of using Microsoft Office.
  • Candidates must follow the deadlines and complete the task on or before the deadlines.
  • Candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Benefits:
