Job Summary:

Sky Sail is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a proven track record of success in sales. This role involves proactively selling our luxury yet affordable travel packages, including tours, hotels, flights, and cruises, to both individual clients and potential corporate partners.

Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor suitable travel solutions. Proactively generate leads through various channels, including networking, outbound calls, email marketing, and social media. Present and sell Sky Sail's travel packages effectively, highlighting their unique value proposition and competitive advantages. Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Accurately track sales activities and maintain detailed records in our CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and new destinations to enhance sales strategies. Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to support promotional activities and lead generation efforts. Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving any issues or concerns effectively. Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Hospitality, Tourism, Business) is preferred. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the travel industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for travel and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
