Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

to promote and sell welding electrodes from reputed brands like

Diffusion Engineers (Nagpur), Kennametal India (Bangalore), and Starblaze

. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of industrial sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers in the welding and fabrication industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and approach potential customers in industries like fabrication, manufacturing, construction, and engineering.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and address their welding electrode needs.

Product Promotion:

Effectively promote and demonstrate welding electrodes from top brands to clients.

Market Analysis:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to strategize sales growth.

Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive business generation.

Technical Support:

Provide basic technical assistance and guidance to customers regarding electrode selection and application.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights for management review.

Key Requirements:

Experience in

welding products, industrial sales, or related fields

is preferred. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented approach. Willingness to travel for client visits and business expansion. Basic technical knowledge of welding electrodes is an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software is desirable.
