Key Responsibilities:
• Identifying Prospects: Research and identify potential customers or leads, and understand their needs and requirements.
• Sales Planning: Develop a sales strategy and plan to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Act as the main point of contact and develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services and be able to demonstrate and explain their features and benefits to customers.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of products or services to prospective customers.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close sales deals and handle contracts and agreements with clients.
• Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a sales pipeline and ensure all sales opportunities are pursued effectively.
• Reporting: Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. Continuously improve through feedback.
