Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, creating a welcoming shopping environment.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products from our diverse range.
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions to customers.
• Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure the store is well-organized, with products attractively displayed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and convert leads into sales.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Passion for fashion and accessories is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge for handling billing and inventory systems.
