About Us:
Iceberg Technologies is an innovative software company specializing in solutions that empower businesses, including our flagship product, SARAKU APP (a billing software). We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and connect with prospective clients to introduce Iceberg Technologies' products, especially SARAKU APP.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by actively pursuing leads and closing sales.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and demos to highlight key features and benefits.
• Track and manage sales activities, and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in software or technology-related industries.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
