• "Get the sale" using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
• Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
• Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
• Meet personal and team sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date database, Salesforce, to document sales call information, trends, future call objectives, sampling data and overall territory performance.
• Actively manage the sales territory dividing it into sub-regions and advance planning travel and customer visits to these sub-regions.
• Report all accidents/incidents/injuries immediately to his/her supervisor, no matter how small.
• Supply sales leads to the Business Development Manager.
• A solid understanding of marketing and/or business management with a proven track record in closing business.
