Job Description

Arc 909 Fitness and Dance Studio is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our fitness and dance services and products, and for developing and maintaining relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and drive sales: Identify and contact potential customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce them to our fitness and dance services and products. Maintain customer relationships: Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services and products, and maintain regular communication to promote customer retention and referrals. Develop and implement sales strategies: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets, and identify new sales opportunities and potential partnerships to grow our customer base. Provide exceptional customer service: Ensure that customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively, and provide guidance to customers on our services and products. Collaborate with other team members: Work closely with our marketing, operations, and management teams to ensure the smooth functioning of our business and to provide a high-quality customer experience. Qualifications: Proven track record in sales: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or dance industry, and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members. Results-driven mindset: A strong desire to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations, with a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently: Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet sales goals. Knowledge of fitness and dance: A passion for fitness and dance, and an understanding of industry trends and best practices. Availability: Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
