Job Title: Sales Representative - Interior Design Firm

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing interior design firm. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, and ensuring a seamless sales process from initial consultation to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored interior design solutions.
- Present and sell interior design services, products, and customized solutions to both residential and commercial clients.
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts for clients, ensuring all aspects of the project are covered.
- Collaborate closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of client projects.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, design concepts, and product offerings to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Manage client feedback and concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the firm's services and expand the customer base.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design, architecture, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of interior design concepts, products, and services.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- A passion for design and helping clients create beautiful, functional spaces.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
