UBE MEDIA is looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for door-to-door sales to bring sponsors to our YouTube channel. The company will provide you with qualified leads, and your task will be to connect with potential sponsors, present our platform, and secure partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Visit potential sponsors using leads provided by the company to present sponsorship opportunities for our YouTube channel.
• Effectively communicate the value and audience reach of UBE MEDIA's content to businesses and individuals.
• Build strong relationships with potential sponsors to understand their needs and provide tailored sponsorship solutions.
• Follow up with leads to ensure successful deal closures.
• Meet or exceed monthly sponsorship targets set by the company.
• Report daily progress, sales activity, and outcomes to the management team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship agreements.

Requirements :

• Prior experience in sales, field sales, door-door sales or sponsorship sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage professionally and persuasively with potential sponsors.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow up on leads effectively.
• Basic understanding of YouTube and digital sponsorships is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
