1. Lead Follow-up and Relationship Building:- Initiate contact with leads generated through various channels.- Schedule and conduct in-person meetings to explain Bharat Teleclinics business model comprehensively.- Address client queries and resolve doubts regarding our telehealth solutions and services.2. Sales Process Management:- Guide potential clients through the purchasing process, ensuring clarity on product features, pricing, and service offerings.- Assist clients in navigating financial aid options and provide necessary support.3. Client Support and Upselling:- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to understand their needs and provide ongoing support.- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or upgrades based on client requirements.4. Product Training and Sales Support:- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions..- Collaborate with the support team to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction.5. Market Analysis and Reporting:- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions..Requirements- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.- Minimum 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry in India.- Language Skills: Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi is essential.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and softwares.BenefitsCompensation Package for Sales Representative1.
