Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for field sales, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth. The role requires daily visits to customers as per the assigned beat plan, ensuring sales targets are met, conducting sampling activities, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Sales & Client Visits: Visit retailers, distributors, and other business partners as per the assigned beat plan.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and acquiring new customers.

Business Development: Expand sales by introducing and promoting our products, ensuring availability and visibility in the market.

Sampling & Promotional Activities: Conduct sampling sessions, promotional activities, and awareness drives to boost sales.

Order Management: Collect and process orders efficiently while ensuring timely deliveries and payments.

Market Research & Feedback: Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily sales reports, visit logs, and provide insights on customer requirements and market trends.

Requirements:

Must have a two-wheeler (bike) and a valid driving license.

1-3 years of experience in field sales.

Experience in selling milk, milk products, or ice cream is preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Basic knowledge of using a smartphone for reporting and communication.
