With a 10% month-on-month revenue growth, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, style, and quality.

We are seeking a dynamic and presentable In-Store Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, a strong understanding of the furniture industry, and a polished, professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with customers in-store, providing personalized service to understand their furniture needs. Showcase and explain the features and benefits of our customized and imported furniture collections. Assist customers in selecting products that match their preferences, budget, and space requirements. Maintain a neat and organized showroom to enhance the customer experience. Stay updated on furniture trends, designs, and product details to provide informed recommendations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Handle inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications:

Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills. Prior experience in furniture sales or a related retail environment. Knowledge of furniture materials, trends, and customization options. Presentable, neat, and professional appearance. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
