Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand market presence.
Conduct cold calls, meetings, and presentations to generate sales leads.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their logistics needs and resolving any issues.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with customers.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Identify opportunities for service improvements and new market segments.

Coordination & Documentation:
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth cargo movement and timely delivery.
Assist clients with documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with international shipping regulations.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts.
