Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Impeccable customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge and interest in marketing and sales

Responsibilities:

• Take Bookings and Reservations: Efficiently manage guest reservations and sales inquiries.Ensure a seamless booking experience for our valued customers.
• Digital Marketing: Execute digital marketing strategies across meta platforms, Google, and other online channels. Optimize online presence to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Ideate and Create Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the core marketing team to develop creative and effective marketing campaigns. Implement initiatives to enhance brand awareness and attract potential customers.
• Customer Communication: Respond to phone calls and emails in accordance with company standards. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• PR and Feedback Analysis: Use customer feedback to drive decisions aimed at improving and scaling the brand. Implement public relations strategies to enhance the brand's reputation.
• Branding Campaigns: Contribute to the development and execution of branding campaigns. Ensure a consistent and compelling brand image across all touchpoints.
• Manage OTT Platforms and Travel Agents: Oversee relationships with OTT platforms such as MMT, Airbnb, and travel agents. Collaborate to maximize exposure and bookings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. (preferable)
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality.(optional)
• Familiarity with OTT platforms and online travel agencies.(Optional)
