Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Career Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrolment process, providing detailed information about our courses, and converting prospects into admissions. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the educational programs we offer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect Engagement: Identify and engage with potential students through various channels including walk-ins, inquiries, and leads generated through marketing campaigns.

- Counselling: Provide in-depth information about our courses, curriculum, career prospects, and admission procedures to prospective students and their parents.

- Sales Conversion: Utilise sales techniques to persuade and convert prospects into confirmed admissions.

- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and messages to ensure prospective students receive timely and accurate information.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents to ensure a smooth admission process.

- Multitasking: Handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and admissions in system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
