Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation:
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional after-sales support.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
• Market Analysis:
• Analyze the market's potential and track sales trends to maximize revenue.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback and own research.
• Reporting:
• Prepare reports on sales activities, including pipelines, sales forecasts, and KPIs.
• Present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance to management.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Work closely with marketing, product management, and other internal departments.

Job Requirements:

• Proven Work Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in B2B or B2C environments, is preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and practices.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
