We are seeking a dynamic and personable Sales Representative to be the front face of our customer visits. This role involves briefing clients about our projects, providing detailed information, and preparing them for the booking process by setting up meetings with our senior management. The Sales Representative will act as a crucial intermediary, ensuring smooth communication between clients and our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage clients during site visits.
- Present and explain project details comprehensively to prospective clients.
- Address client inquiries and provide detailed information about our offerings.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and senior management.
- Facilitate the booking process and ensure all client needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
