Job Title: Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets in a specified territory. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing prospects and connecting with new clients.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

Visit prospective clients in person to demonstrate products, explain services, and negotiate contracts.

Present products and services to businesses, understanding their specific needs and offering tailored solutions.

Manage client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Collaborate with the sales team and management to refine the sales process.

Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs, product enhancements, or marketing strategies.

Keep updated with industry trends and market competition to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Must be a local.
