Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets for LED lighting products.
• Identify and target potential customers in sectors such as commercial, industrial, retail, and outdoor lighting.
2. Business Development:
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Expand the client base by reaching out to contractors, distributors, architects, and lighting designers.
3. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements, emphasizing the benefits of LED lighting products.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure a high level of customer service and client retention.
4. Product Knowledge:
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's LED lighting products and industry standards.
• Provide product demonstrations, technical information, and lighting solutions to customers.
5. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track performance against targets.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
6. Negotiation and Deal Closure:
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as production and logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment.
