Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Customer Relations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through telecalling and cold calling, nurturing customer relationships, and performing various back-office tasks to support the sales and customer service functions. Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, telecalling, and follow-up on leads.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
Present and promote products/services to potential customers to generate interest and drive sales.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company\'s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to prospective customers.
Telecalling/Cold Calling:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the company\xe2\x80\x99s products/services.
Handle inbound calls from potential and existing customers, providing information and resolving inquiries.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients.
Record customer information, call details, and feedback in the CRM system accurately.
Customer Relations:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Conduct customer feedback surveys to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
Back Office Work:
Manage and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data.
Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth processing of orders and customer requests.
Generate sales reports and assist in data analysis to support sales strategies and decision-making.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, telecalling/cold calling, and customer relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of motivation and a results-oriented approach.
Working Conditions:

Standard office environment with occasional travel for client meetings.
