We are looking for an individual with experience in cloud kitchen or restaurant operations to contribute to the efficiency and success of our culinary services. Job Overview:
As a Sales Representative at Cygnus Culinary Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Customers, promoting our restaurant offerings, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and engage potential customers to expand the customer base.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns.

Sales and Promotion:

• Collaborate with marketing to implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Research:

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market demands.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the culinary and events teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or food industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Knowledge of the local market and trends in the restaurant industry.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
