The Sales Representative is responsible for driving growth within the agency channel through strategic sales initiatives, team management, and relationship building.
Responsibilities :
• Develop and implement sales strategies for agency growth.
• Manage and oversee sales team performance.
• Build and maintain strong agency partner relationships.
• Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets.
• Provide training and support to enhance agent sales effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align efforts.
Requirements :
• A bachelor's degree is preferable.
• 2+ years of any sales experience.
• Must be local.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
