Interior Sales Representative
to join our team and help us grow our client base while maintaining exceptional service and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through various channels (walk-ins, referrals, cold calls, online inquiries).
Conduct client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and project scope.
Present design concepts, mood boards, and product selections in collaboration with the design team.
Prepare and present detailed proposals, pricing, and timelines.
Follow up consistently with prospective clients to move them through the sales funnel.
Maintain relationships with current clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Keep CRM and sales records up-to-date.
Collaborate closely with the design and project management team to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in interior design sales, furniture or home decor sales, or a related field.
Strong understanding of interior design trends and materials.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; knowledge of design software is a plus.
