: Business development executive / sales representative Position : Sales Representative Location: Thiruvananthapuram , attingal , kazhakkoottam, pothencode,venjaramoodu , chirayinkeezhu,varkala , kallambalam Employment Type: Full-time --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct Sales: Conduct door-to-door visits to promote and sell company products or services. Present product/service features and benefits effectively to potential customers. Close sales deals and meet/exceed sales targets. 2. Customer Interaction: Build rapport with prospective customers through friendly and professional communication. Answer questions and address customer concerns to build trust and confidence in the product/service. 3. Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's offerings to provide accurate and convincing information. Stay updated on product/service updates and promotions. 4. Sales Planning: Identify target areas and plan daily routes to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain records of sales activities, customer feedback, and competitor information. 5. Reporting: Provide regular updates to the sales manager on progress, challenges, and achieved milestones. --- Qualifications: Proven experience in door-to-door sales or a similar role (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection positively. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles. --- Requirements: Iti,diploma,degree Physically fit and able to walk long distances. Comfortable working in different weather conditions. Own a smartphone and have basic digital literacy for reporting and communication.
