KLA India (www.klaindia.com) is a Government of India-recognized 2 Star Export House, achieving annual exports of Rs 400 Crore and exporting to 40 countries worldwide. Our goal is to reach exports of Rs 1000 Crore in the next three years.
To support this vision, we are seeking an energetic and experienced sales person to manage our factory outlet. The responsibilities for this role include:
• Greeting and assisting customers, understanding their needs.
• Recommending, selecting, and helping customers locate or obtain merchandise based on their desires.
• Computing sales prices, totaling purchases, and processing cash or credit payments.
• Answering questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Maintaining knowledge of current sales, promotions, payment policies, exchanges, and security practices.
• Describing merchandise and explaining its use, operation, and care to customers.
• Arranging and displaying merchandise to promote sales.
• Conducting inventory checks and requisitioning new stock.
• Knowledge of operating POS is appreciated.
Minimum education qualification required - 12th Pass / Diploma/ Graduate
Additionally, we offer a commission of 3% on sales exceeding 10000 Rs. The position also includes various training opportunities in sales to prepare the individual for a more comprehensive sales and marketing role.
