We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Uro Veneer World. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating sales leads, and closing deals within our interior product store. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Attend to all walk-in customers promptly and professionally.
Build rapport with customers, understand their needs and preferences, and offer personalized product recommendations.
Provide accurate and informative product knowledge, including features, benefits, pricing, and availability.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or issues effectively.
Ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for all customers.
Sales:
Actively engage with customers to identify sales opportunities and generate leads.
Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
Contribute to the overall sales growth of the store.
Store Operations:
Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Participate in store merchandising and visual displays.
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a customer-facing role (preferred)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for interior design and a keen interest in home decor products
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) principles
Proficiency in using relevant software (e.g., POS systems, CRM software)
High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant post-secondary education in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus
