Job Description

We are seeking motivated and outgoing Sales Representatives to join our team at World Consumer Club. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our membership base by engaging with local businesses, restaurants, shops, and other high-traffic establishments. Your goal is to onboard these businesses as WCC members, promote our platform, and foster lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit local businesses, restaurants, and shops to promote World Consumer Club membership.

- Present the benefits of joining WCC to business owners and assist them with the sign-up process.

- Distribute and display marketing materials, including posters with QR codes, at partner establishments.

- Facilitate the use of dedicated QR scanners for tracking customer sign-ups. - Build strong relationships with business owners to ensure continued engagement with WCC.

- Provide regular updates and feedback to the WCC team on campaign progress and challenges.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in field sales.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to engage with diverse business owners and build rapport quickly.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approaching potential members. - Familiarity with local business ecosystems is a plus.

Compensation Details:

- Basic Salary: Rs. 20,000 per month.

- Incentive Structure: Earn Rs. 10,000 additional incentives upon achieving 200 sign-ups.

- Total earning potential of Rs. 30,000/month based on performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?360,000.00 per year
