Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and developing leads.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of company products/services and effectively communicate their value to customers.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the benefits and value of products/services.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing and terms with clients, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activity, pipeline, and progress towards sales goals using CRM tools.
• Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
• Customer Support: Provide post-sale support to customers, ensuring smooth delivery and satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and other departments to align on sales strategies and company objectives.
Qualifications:
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience: Proven sales experience (1-3 years preferred), preferably in [industry type] or similar.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and close sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
