: Sales Call Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Call Representative to join our team. This role is critical in driving business growth by promoting our advanced Annotation, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Model (LLM) services, and Business Process Management(BPM) solutions to a global clientele. Aligned with the US shift, this position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and industry-leading BPM services.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills, and a persuasive attitude, with a focus on converting opportunities into business growth. A structured calling setup will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients across industries.
• Present the value proposition of our Annotations, NLP, LLM services, and BPM solutions, tailoring the approach to client-specific needs.
• Schedule and confirm meetings with potential clients and ensure consistent follow-ups to maximize engagement.
• Accurately document all client interactions and leads in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
• Achieve and exceed targets for meeting conversions and sales closures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or BPM services is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working during US shift hours (night shift in India).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
