The YARD Coworking Space is looking for an experienced Sales and marketing manager to manage and convert inbound leads into successful client relationships. This is a pivotal role for someone who excels in communication, understands client needs, and can showcase how The YARD's unique coworking solutions align with their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inbound Lead Management : Promptly manage and respond to inbound leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Client Engagement : Understand client needs, tailor offerings, and guide them through the process, ensuring high conversion rates.
• Product Knowledge : Develop in-depth knowledge of The YARD's spaces, services, and flexible solutions to clearly communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
• CRM Management : Keep accurate records of all lead interactions and progress in the CRM, ensuring efficient lead nurturing and pipeline management.
• Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
• Feedback & Improvement : Gather feedback from leads to help improve our offerings and enhance customer experiences.
Qualifications:
• Experience : 2-4 years in inbound sales or pre-sales, ideally in coworking, real estate, or flexible workspace sectors.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication, with a focus on engaging and converting leads.
• Proficient in CRM systems( zoho crm) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
