Sales Executive - (Telangana & Neighboring States)

AARA Fisheries (Grey Falcon Heights Pvt. Ltd.) , a revolutionary aquaculture company, is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team.

About the Role:

In this exciting role, you will be our on-the-ground champion, promoting AARA's innovative solutions to fish farmers in Telangana and neighboring states. You will build trust and long-term relationships with the local communities while driving sales of our high-quality fry (fish fingerlings) and fishlings.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to villages in the assigned territory to meet with potential and existing fish farmers.
• Organize informative seminars and presentations to educate farmers on the benefits of AARA's advanced fish breeding methods and farming methods.
• Demonstrate how AARA's solutions can increase profitability compared to traditional farming practices.
• Actively listen to farmers' needs, concerns, and challenges, offering tailored solutions and support.
• Build strong relationships with local communities based on trust and transparency.
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets for fry and fishlings.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales, preferably within the Indian FMCG industry (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with farmers from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills to deliver engaging seminars.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including rural villages.
• Fluency in English and the local language of Telangana or neighboring states (Hindi, Telugu, Marathi, etc.) is mandatory.
• A genuine passion for agriculture and a desire to empower local communities.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
