Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative / Inside Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a fresher with an MBA, eager to kickstart their career in sales. This role involves generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, understanding their needs and how Kommuno's products can meet those needs.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Kommuno's product offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Kommuno's solutions.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
• Education: MBA degree from a recognized institution.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attitude: Positive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Technical Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
