The individual will be responsible for achieving sales revenue through generating orders through clinical/operating room selling of the EMID products & representing the organization in accordance with its policies A Day in the Life . Achievement of volume objectives along withachievement of key product objectives for both primary and secondary numbers. . Ensure right productivity and growth objectives for each member of the team. . Successful launch of new products by right execution and implementation in the assigned area. . Ensuring periodic validation and maintenance of customer/account data of each salesperson. Maintain Core costumer relationship to ensure continuation of business Must Have - Minimum Requirements . Bachelor in Pharma / Engineering / Science . Minimum 6-8 yrs sales experience in Medical. . Devices/ concept Selling is mandatory. . Willing to travel extensively Nice to Have . Strong Interpersonal skills, with focused People/Customer/Result orientation. . Strong grasp on the market and understanding around the complexities, competition, customer preferences etc . Ability to prioritize and execute as per the needs of the business and the current set of challenges . Strong analytical skills (to understand local markets and customer needs) in order to develop region specific plans, strategies and tactics. .
