The Territory Manager is responsible for achieving sales revenue through generating orders through clinical/operating room selling of the ENT products & representing the organization in accordance with its policies.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.To execute strategic sales activities undertaken as part of a Business Planning modelTo provide surgical coverage, follow-up support and troubleshooting for ENT therapyTo provide product and therapy training and education to new and existing centers.To leverage customer contact at implant to grow the existing business/accountsTo achieve territory growth targets for specified therapies by initiating and developing key implanters, implant centers, referral networks and educating patient influencers / support groups.To ensure that the Companys agreed quality standards are maintained with regard to its products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contactProvide surgical case coverage, follow-up support and troubleshooting for all ENT therapies in the assigned TerritoryConduct customer in-services for new and existing accountsConduct required training for new accounts on all therapiesSell specified therapies to physicians, institutions, payers and other medical staffDevelop relationships with physicians and hospital administration staff to ensure both clinical and non-clinical needs are identified and metWork with existing key implant centers to develop and implement strategies to move accounts towards technical self-sufficiency.Support DBS cases along with the implanters and provide adequate training and troubleshooting help at the time of live cases.Gather and communicate input from field to management regarding market trends, customer satisfaction, competition, and product issuesDevelop ethical, positive long-term customer relationshipsDemonstrate a responsible attitude towards expense managementMust Have: Minimum RequirementsBachelor in / Engineering / ScienceMBA in Sales and MarketingMinimum 3-6 yrs sales experience in Concept Selling/ Medical Devices Selling is MandatoryExperience of Distribution ManagementWilling to travel extensivelyNice to HaveStrong Interpersonal skills, with focused People/Customer/Result orientation.Strong grasp on the market a and understanding around the complexities, competition, customer preferences etcAbility to prioritize and execute as per the needs of the business and the current set of challengesStrong analytical skills (to understand local markets and customer needs) in order to develop region specific plans, strategies and tactics.\xc2\xb7Ability to quickly revector and improvise the business model if the current model is not yielding desired resultsSALES PROFESSIONAL CAREER STREAM: Typically sales professional individual contributors with direct sales responsibilities.
