Together, we can transform healthcareA Day in the LifeResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.\xc2\xb7 To over achieve sales revenue and market share targets for a specified regional territory, by promoting endovenous products and therapies to Peripheral Vascular Consultants/Specialists.\xc2\xb7 To practice effective account management, KOL management, promote the therapies, maintain product and technical competency and provide market information (MIS) on a timely basis\xc2\xb7 Responsible for achieving Secondary AOP in terms of product units and revenue\xc2\xb7 Ensure coverage of all accounts on the basis of customer segmentation within territory in agreement with the manager to maintain optimum level of exposure and effective time management.\xc2\xb7 Maintain and expand existing business and develop new business opportunities.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for identifying the customers/doctors and driving customer engagement activities, market development initiatives such as , Project Engage, Go Direct, KAM & Ecom . To create awareness about products and therapies\xc2\xb7 In the cathlab or operation theaters, assist and provide support to doctors on implants\xc2\xb7 Manage marketing expenses, spend on marketing programs for HCP\xc2\xb7 Communicate marketing plans / intelligence/competitor activity promptly, including potential sales leads, and information regarding product price or account activity to appropriate company personnel.\xc2\xb7 Recognize and understand competitive products, features, strengths in relation to the company\xe2\x80\x99s products and provide the information in agreed format on weekly basis to manager\xc2\xb7 Would be responsible for KOL Management in terms of scheduling activities & planning effective customer engagement programs like CMEs and RTMs as per BCS compliance and maintaining productive relationships with them\xc2\xb7 Plan and execute training and technical programs for Key Hospitals\xc2\xb7 Engage non-prescribing customers, hospitals administrators, staffs to maintain productive relationship with themMust Have \xe2\x80\x93 Minimum Requirements\xc2\xb7 Bachelor in / Engineering / Science\xc2\xb7 MBA in Sales and Marketing preferred\xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 to 6 yrs sales experience in Concept Selling/ Medical Devices Selling is Mandatory\xc2\xb7 Experience of Distribution Management\xc2\xb7 Willing to travel extensivelyNice to Have\xc2\xb7 Strong Interpersonal skills, with focused People/Customer/Result orientation.\xc2\xb7 Experience in Vascular surgery or Interventional Radiology preferably in Peripheral Vascular devices or relevant experience with good communication skills and managing mid-level accounts.\xc2\xb7 Strong grasp on the market a and understanding around the complexities, competition, customer preferences etc\xc2\xb7 Ability to prioritize and execute as per the needs of the business and the current set of challenges\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical skills (to understand local markets and customer needs) in order to develop region specific plans, strategies and tactics.\xc2\xb7 Strong leadership and vision, assertive, and can collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization\xc2\xb7 Ability to quickly revector and improvise the business model if the current model is not yielding desired resultsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
