We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representatives with a strong background in real estate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and client referrals.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Property Showings: Conduct property tours and presentations to potential buyers and investors.
• Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
• Negotiations: Negotiate terms and conditions of property sales with clients and close deals effectively.
• Documentation: Ensure all sales documentation and contracts are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales support.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?11,041.82 - ?28,280.60 per month
