Asense Herbals is looking for an energetic Sales Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with a dynamic startup. You'll play a key role in driving sales, building relationships with clients, and promoting our chemical-free skincare products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients, including salons, beauty stores, and distributors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through direct selling and promotions.
• Organize and participate in product demonstrations and client meetings.
• Provide product information, highlighting features, benefits, and unique selling points.
• Record and report sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional strategies effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of sales experience , preferably in skincare or beauty products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools.
• Passion for natural skincare and beauty products is a plus.
