Job Overview:
As a B2B Sales Executive at Random IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. , you will play a critical role in acquiring and managing new business clients within the B2B sector. You will leverage your sales expertise, market knowledge, and communication skills to generate new leads, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction. Your success will directly contribute to the company's growth and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new B2B sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and industry events.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Tailor your approach to the specific needs of clients in various industries.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and present customized sales presentations and proposals based on client needs and business goals.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring a win-win outcome for both the client and the company. Close deals and onboard new clients.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure the alignment of sales efforts and deliver an exceptional client experience.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer information in the company CRM system.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., IT, manufacturing, services, etc.].
