We are seeking a Telesales Executive with excellent English communication skills and 1-2 years of experience to join our Gurgaon team. The role involves engaging with clients, generating leads, and closing sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to promote products and services.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Schedule and follow up on appointments to drive sales.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• 1-2 years of telesales experience.
• Goal-oriented with negotiation skills.
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
