Job Title: Sales Representative

Reports To: [Sales Manager/Team Lead]

Job Summary:

The Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets. This role involves actively seeking out new sales opportunities, presenting product/service offerings to potential clients, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, email campaigns, social media).
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling product/service presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries promptly.
• Track sales performance and report on key metrics (e.g., sales volume, revenue, conversion rates).
• Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1years of experience in sales or a related field or Fresher.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Proficient in using CRM software .
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
