Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Sector 76, Gurugram Job Type: Full-Time Department: Customer Service Reports To: Contact Center Manager Job Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer interactions through various communication channels, including phone calls, email, chat and social media. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Generate Business/Sales from the communications
  • Respond to customer inquiries through email, call, and social media platforms.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Data Management:
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the ERP system.
  • Maintain and update customer records with relevant information.
  • Generate reports on customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement purposes.
  • Service Improvement:
  • Identify trends and common customer issues and suggest improvements to processes and products.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Stay updated with company products, services, and policies.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
  • Assist in training new employees and share best practices with colleagues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Experience:
  • An overall experience of 0-3 years or equivalent is required
  • Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and practices.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Regional language is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
