Customer Interaction:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Generate Business/Sales from the communications
Respond to customer inquiries through email, call, and social media platforms.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
Issue Resolution:
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to higher-level support when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Data Management:
Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the ERP system.
Maintain and update customer records with relevant information.
Generate reports on customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement purposes.
Service Improvement:
Identify trends and common customer issues and suggest improvements to processes and products.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Stay updated with company products, services, and policies.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
Assist in training new employees and share best practices with colleagues.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Experience:
An overall experience of 0-3 years or equivalent is required
Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role is highly desirable.
Familiarity with ERP systems and practices.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Regional language is a plus
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
